Let’s be honest—fit matters. If we’re going to work together, we should feel comfortable with each other. I believe in the “just be real” approach, regardless of the outcome.
In essence, I’m a problem solver and a total, self-declared Advertising Nerd. From Google to Walmart Connect, I’ve spent my career taking messy, complicated briefs and turning them into stories people relate to.
More recently, I focused on scale: helping the ‘Fortune 1’ company connect with Fortune 100 brands. That meant building design systems, leading teams with empathy, and integrating GenAI into the creative workflow.
My approach, I guess, is ‘Just be nice.’ I’ve been tested on this, but I hold firm that kindness is a superpower. It allows for better risks, better trust, and keeping calm under pressure.
